I live in The Netherlands how long does it take for my order to be delivered?

I have paid for my order and received order confirmation, what now?

If your order has gone through, you will receive an order confirmation in your email inbox or spam. (this may take a little longer than you are used to, but always check this up to 10 minutes after your order)

We will receive a notification of your order and prepare it immediately. As soon as your package has been scanned for delivery, you will automatically receive a track and trace here with which you can follow your shipment live.

I live outside The Netherlands, how long does it take to receive my order?

I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation?

Due to the crowds, it can sometimes happen that our server is down, so that we do not receive your order. After placing your order, please check your email that you specify when ordering, it may be that your order confirmation ends up in spam, always check this.

if it turns out that you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help you.

We will contact you as soon as possible to resolve your complaint. If your complaint or suggestion has to do with our products or website, please make a screenshot of this and send it in your email.
